MRS ALICE MAYOTTE
Mrs. Alice Mayotte, widow of Olympe Mayotte, and a well known resident of this city, died last night at her home, 80 Ford street.
Mrs. Mayotte was born in Canada, the daughter of the late Joseph Jodoin and the late Parmelie Dupont. She was a parishioner of Ste. Jean Baptiste church and a member of Ste. Anne's sodality connected with her parish.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Albert Courtois and Mrs. Armand Marquis, both of Lowell; two sons, Gerard Mayotte and Robert Mayotte, both of Lowell; five sisters, Rev. Sr. Ste. Clemence of the Grey Nuns of the Cross in Ottawa, Mrs. Antolnette Sabourin of Upton, Canada; Mrs Clementine Benoit of St. Hyacinthe, Canada; Miss Germain Jodoin of Upton, Canada and Miss Sidonnie Jodoin of Montreal; one brother, Alfred Jodoin of Montreal; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
MAYOTTE--Died, in Lowell, Sept. 19, Mrs. Alice (Jodoin) Mayotte. Relatives and friends may call at the M. R. Laurin funeral home, 295 Pawtucket street from 1 to 10 pm today and Monday. Funeral Tuesday morning. A solemn high mass will be celebrated at 9 o'clock at St. Jean Baptiste church. Burial in St. Joseph's cemetery. Funeral Director M. R. Laurin in charge.
