Mrs. Celine (Mayotte) Courtois, wife of Albert Courtois, died Thursday evening at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was born in Lowell and had been a life long resident of this community, establishing her residence at 380 Adams St. By occupation, she had been a topstitcher. She was the daughter of the late Olympe and Alice (Jodoin) Mayotte. Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Pauline Savard of Lowell; a son, Richard Courtois of Lowell; a sister, Mrs. Therese Marquis of Forge Village; and a brother, Gerard of Lowell.
COURTOIS -- Died October 29 in Lowell, Mrs. Celine (Mayotte) Courtois of 380 Adams St. Calling hours from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Tremblay Funeral Home 744 Merrimack St. Funeral high mass in St. Jean Baptiste Church Monday at 9 a.m. Burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
